During business hours, we recommend calling one of our showrooms to discuss your fireplace needs and set up service. Please note, we do require a deposit for service calls and orders.
During the snowy winter months, Southwest Fireplace will not be offering the following services:
- Chimney sweeps/inspections.
- Chimney cap replacement or chimney repair.
- Gas line installation or repair.
In order to keep our technicians safe, these services are scheduled on a weather dependent basis. We apologize for any inconvenience this causes and appreciate your understanding.
