*Basic Installation, Value of $149, includes connecting new burner into existing gas line (black pipe; no copper). Setting new log set with a new grate, logs, embers, vermiculite, & lava. Does not include running a gas line to the fireplace, gas line will already need to be in place. Southwest Fireplace can run a gas line for additional fees. We also recommend having a chimney sweep done at the time of log installation, $194-$233, but this is an optional service. Fireplace should be clean of debris and logs prior to installation, additional fee to clean or remove an old log set.
