August 2012 – A pleasant phone call was received shortly after Southwest fireplace’s techincian, John Rincon, had left the customer’s home to do an HNGTUNE, the basic servicing for a gas fireplace.
Customer, Elizabeth, had called the store to share how impressed she was with our technician, John Rincon. She went on to explain how neat, polite, and patient he was while on the job. Elizabeth even had a few questions to be asked about her fireplace and John was well prepared to give a detailed answer in return. On top of all of that, he was even on time for the job! Elizabeth stated at the end of the conversation, “I was very happy; I will make sure to recommend Southwest Fireplace”.
