My husband and I had the pleasure of purchasing gas logs and working with the people at Southwest Fireplace. After many years of burning firewood, we had decided to go to gas logs. We researched and shopped around only to find that Southwest Fireplace was fairly priced and had great knowledge of their products. The sales part was easy…the install was a concern as we are very particular homeowners and wanted the install to be perfect…..AND IT WAS! Southwest Fireplace’s installer, JOHN RINCON was AMAZING and Brittany Howeler was beyond EFFICIENT on appointment reminders and follow up conversation. John’s install was perfect and extremely respectful to our home. Without a doubt, we would recommend Southwest Fireplace to anyone in need of heating or fireplace purchases.
