| I had some concerns about my fireplace and called Southwest Fireplace. My Father used them in Palos Park back in the 80’s and loved them. Roger Zeman in palos park location took the time to explain and answer my questions/concerns. He wasnt in rush to get off the call and insured I was comfortable with my concerns.
