We ahd Rick here 12/27/14 for a Service Call on our Heat N Glo Direct Vent Fireplace. Rick was amazing in how thorough and knowledgeable he is on these units. Our fireplace hasn’t worked right for a couple of years, and when he finished, we were thrilled at how great it now works.
